They are for ANyone whos interested in a HIGH PROTEIN, LOW CARB alternative in a liquid form.

ALL the recipes are derived from a variety of online sources. And all have some form of PROTEIN within the ingredients (weather its a whey protein, or a yogurt). Some have calorie/carb and protein counts, most do not. and this would vary depending on which protein powder product you would use, anyway.

CANDY BAR SHAKE- HIGH PROTEIN/ LOW CARB

NECTAR CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POWDER - 1 scoop
PEANUT BUTTER - 1 well rounded spoon full (about 2 TBS)
SUGAR FREE CARAMEL TOPPING or/
SUGAR FREE CARMEL SYRUP
ICE CUBES

MIX IN BLENDER UNTIL SMOOTH
SERVE
ENJOY
