ALL the recipes are derived from a variety of online sources. And all have some form of PROTEIN within the ingredients (weather its a whey protein, or a yogurt). Some have calorie/carb and protein counts, most do not. and this would vary depending on which protein powder product you would use, anyway.

Raspberry fans have met their match -- a carb conscious shake perfect for breakfast or on the go. This is one berry that never goes out of season!

Preparation Time 5 mins.

1/2 cup cold water
1 packet No Sugar Added Classic French Vanilla Flavor NESTLÉ CARNATION INSTANT BREAKFAST Complete Nutritional Drink *you could use your favorite Vanilla, or French Vanilla Prtoein powder here, instead of the suggested  ingredient, to boost the protein. adjust nutritional values accordingly.
1/2 teaspoon raspberry flavor low-calorie, sugar-free gelatin dessert
1 cup ice cubes

PLACE water, Carnation Instant Breakfast, gelatin and ice in blender; cover. 
Blend until smooth.
