ALL the recipes are derived from a variety of online sources. And all have some form of PROTEIN within the ingredients (weather its a whey protein, or a yogurt). Some have calorie/carb and protein counts, most do not. and this would vary depending on which protein powder product you would use, anyway.

MELONICIOUS SMOOTHIE


Serves 4
One 5 A Day Serving

Ingredients
1/4 cantaloupe-peeled, seeded and cubed
1/4 honeydew melon - peeled, seeded and cubed
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons sugar *use substitute sugar here to lower the carb count. adjust nutritional values accordingly.

In a blender, combine cantaloupe, honeydew, lime juice and sugar.
Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Carbohydrates 18.2g,
Protein 0.8,
